Encounter and know the extraordinary God of the Bible
A simple plan that helps you "hear, accept and live” a chapter of the bible each weekday of the year
You are invited to embark on a New Testament Journey!
Jesus said he who has ears to hear, should hear. He said that those who hear his words and practice them are like those who build their house on the rock.
The scriptures are the counsel of heaven, they are the path of life. This devotional takes you through the whole of the New Testament, equipping you to live in the intoxicating "Now" of Jesus' Kingdom, and resourcing you to remain strong in the heart-wrenching reality of the "Not Yet" that we live in.
It’s a fresh plan, and a simple plan. You read one chapter of the New Testament every weekday. Monday - Friday. Weekends are there to reflect and catch up.
Rather than working through the traditional front to back New Testament order, we’ve organised the readings differently. We start with Luke and Acts, and then work around different books according to author and theme, encountering every book, before finishing with Revelation in December. It’s amazing - one chapter each weekday and that will take us all the way through.
And this is a journey we’re taking together, so we’ve developed different journey helps for the path:
Every day there will be an accompanying devotional available here in the “Devotional” section.
This devotional and daily readings are also available in audio form here, or by subscribing via any major audio platform - just head to your favourite and search “A New Testament Journey”.

Every weekend a 30 minute reflection is also there to help you to step back, see the big picture, and go a bit deeper with some of the main themes explored in the week’s readings. These will be available in the Devotional section, in the mobile app and on the Podcast.
The book of Hebrews states that the word of God is living and active.
We know that as we journey through the New Testament together it transforms us.
